Continuing Education
ASSOCIATION OF SOCIAL WORK BOARDS (ASWB):
This organization, Association of Oncology Social Workers, ACE Approval #1351, is approved to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Organizations, not individual courses, are approved as ACE providers. State and provincial regulatory boards have the final authority to determine whether an individual course may be accepted for continuing education credit. AOSW maintains responsibility for the program. ACE provider approval period: 11/11/22 - 11/11/25. Social workers should contact their regulatory board to determine course approval for continuing education credits.
NEW YORK STATE EDUCATION DEPARTMENT’S STATE BOARD FOR SOCIAL WORK:
Association of Oncology Social Work, Inc., SW CPE is recognized by the New York State Education Department’s State Board for Social Work as an approved provider of continuing education for licensed social workers #0320.
Completion Requirements:
Social workers must successfully complete a quiz with a 75% passing grade and answer evaluation questions to earn credit for both live and recorded events.
*This course is not approved for NJ social workers, as ACE approval is not accepted by all Boards. Please check the ACE jurisdiction map for a list of jurisdictions that currently accept ACE.
Purchasing CE Credit

You cannot purchase CE credits on behalf of someone else, so make sure you purchase any CE credit in your own account.
Claiming CE Credit
You have 30 days to claim your credit.
If you register with CE for a live webinar, you receive an email immediately following webinar with instructions for claiming CE credit. If you purchase a webinar recording with CE credit, your purchase includes a link to the quiz and evaluation you must successfully complete in order to receive credit.
Anyone seeking CE credit must complete a quiz and evaluation.
