The Go2Foundation for Lung Cancer is pleased to support this award. The Go2Foundation for Lung Cancer recognizes the work and importance of social workers in the lives of people at risk for lung cancer, those diagnosed and their loved ones. This award, given annually, recognizes dedication to the lung cancer community and field of oncology social work. The award comes with a $1,500 stipend that covers conference registration, hotel/airfare, and membership fees for non-members.
AOSW Volunteer Social Worker of the Year Award

Established to honor AOSW volunteers, this $1,000 award provides complimentary registration to AOSW Conference and an annual opportunity to recognize an exceptional, experienced oncology social worker and active volunteer of AOSW. Only AOSW Board or Committee Members can nominate someone for the Volunteer of the Year Award; the Awards Committee cannot nominate anyone for this award. The award is presented to an oncology social worker who, in the day-to-day delivery of compassionate service, is a model for the profession itself. This award is supported through contributions to AOSW.
