AOSW Redesign Wins Digital Health Award

Association of Oncology Social Work is Honored in 22nd Annual Digital Health Awards® Fall 2020 Session

The Association of Oncology Social Work was selected as a winner in 22nd annual Digital Health Awards® program in Fall 2020. This competition — held each spring and fall — recognizes the world’s best digital health resources.

The newly redesigned AOSW website received a Bronze Award for Web-based Digital Health Website.

“We were delighted to participate in the 22nd annual Digital Health Awards competition, and were honored to be selected as a winner,” said Sheila Lee, AOSW Executive Director. “Our winning entry was chosen from more than 400 entries judged by a panel of distinguished experts in digital health media.”

The Digital Health Awards® program is organized by the Health Information Resource Center(SM) (HIRC), a national clearinghouse for professionals who work in consumer health fields. Other well-known HIRC programs include the annual National Health Information Awards(SM), (healthawards.com) which annually recognizes the nation’s best consumer health programs and materials (for non-digital resources), and the annual National Women’s Health & Fitness Day® (fitnessday.com/women).
