Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) Awards
Each year, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) recognizes the extraordinary work of two social workers through the Hematology-Oncology Lifetime Achievement Award and the Hematology-Oncology Social Worker of the Year Award presented at the opening session Association of Oncology Social Work (AOSW) National Conference.
The LLS selection committee was so impressed by the leadership, commitment to oncology social work, skill, support and ongoing LLS involvement each nominee demonstrated in their work with patients throughout the hematology-oncology treatment continuum, that this year a third award will be presented.
