Registration

Registration for the in-person AOSW Annual Conference includes:

• Admission to all educational sessions
• Entrance to the Exhibit Hall 
• All conference materials

Registrations must include payment by credit card, check (drawn on U.S. funds from a U.S. bank) or bank transfer of funds in USD only. Wire Transfers within North America will incur a $30 USD fee and wire transfers outside of North America will incur a $45 USD fee. We cannot accept registrations by telephone and will not accept registrations without full payment. Caution: If you submit your registration form more than once, it may result in a duplicate charge to your credit card. Send your registration using only one method of payment.

To cancel your registration, you must submit notice in writing to AOSW headquarters by May 12, 2023. AOSW will charge a $75 USD cancellation fee for written cancellations that arrive by May 13, 2023. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after May 13, 2023. Delegates may make substitutions at any time. Substitutions must be in writing and must be of the same membership status.
