This SIG is intended for those who serve in a supervisory or leadership role to address questions related to the unique challenges that those in management face. Social Workers are often the only members of the health care team addressing psychosocial concerns and it can be difficult to find peer support at individual locations. This SIG will connect those members of AOSW who provide supervision or serve in leadership roles within their organization, ultimately promoting improved oncology social work services for patients.
