The purpose of the Sole Social Worker SIG is to provide support and education to those who are the only social worker in their clinic. As the sole social worker in many Oncology clinics it can be difficult to navigate this field alone. This group will provide guidance to sole social workers with developing their programs, how to educate staff, clinical support, discussion around barriers with their jobs, celebrating what has worked well and overall provide support to each other. This form will provide support for AOSW members working alone in Oncology Clinics.
