2025 Annual Conference

The Conference Planning Committee has just announced it will be accepting late breaking poster submissions until the end of February!  Submit your poster abstract for review here!

Who Should Attend AOSW2025?

Oncology social work professionals, patient navigators, and students who practice in hospitals, cancer centers, home care agencies, hospice, community-based oncology practices, community programs, patient advocacy organizations, educational institutions and other settings.

Please review our Conference Objectives and Presentation Types for additional information about the types of sessions offered at the conference.  Full schedule to be available in March 2025.  For planning purposes conference sessions are scheduled between 7am and 6pm Wednesday through Friday.

Pre-conference Courses

All pre-conference courses require advance registration and will occur on Tuesday June 10th.  Registration rates for each individual course will be $110.

Conference Rate: $199 per night (plus taxes)

Reservation Deadline: Book by Tuesday, May 20, 2025, to secure the discounted rate, which is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Call the Westin Peachtree Plaza Reservations Team at 404-659-1400 and reference “AOSW” to receive the AOSW to receive the group rate.
